if you search in youtube jimmyrcom camstudio, the tutorial will show you everything you need to know about screen capturing. It makes very good quality videos of anything you do on your screen, and i thought you may be interested. You can even have sound. I Did not make that tutorial, (i make tutorials with camstudio, but not that particular one, but whoever made it, made it very easy.
